Privacy Policy

1. No KrypAzan account

KrypAzan does not require registration, a login, or a cloud profile. Krypzon does not receive your name, phone number, or email address through ordinary app use. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide in that message.

Online requests still involve routine network information, such as an IP address, request time, and protocol details, which may be processed by Krypzon's infrastructure and upstream providers for delivery, security, rate limiting, and operational logs. These requests are not linked to a KrypAzan user account because no such account exists.

2. Information stored on your device

KrypAzan stores app data locally, including settings, selected location information, prayer preferences, Quran bookmarks or reading state, Tasbeeh data, favorites, notification choices, and other saved utilities. The Quran database and bundled reference content are included with the app.

If you export a backup, you control where that copy is saved or shared. Krypzon does not operate a cloud-backup account and cannot restore local data after the app is deleted or the device is reset unless you retained a usable export.

3. Location

You can enter or search for a city manually. When you choose a current-location action, KrypAzan asks the operating system for location permission and obtains a location on demand for features such as prayer configuration, Qibla calculation, or nearby-mosque search.

KrypAzan does not run unrelated continuous background GPS tracking. A selected city or coordinates may be stored locally so location-based features continue to work. Location or search coordinates may be sent to the KrypAzan API or a configured place provider when needed to return the result you requested.

4. Compass and device sensors

The Qibla compass uses supported device motion and magnetic sensors. Sensor readings and Qibla calculations are processed on the device and are not uploaded as a sensor history.

5. Microphone and speech recognition

Quran search can offer voice input. Microphone and speech permissions are requested only when you start that action. Speech recognition is supplied by your device or operating-system speech service and may process audio on the device or through the platform provider, depending on your device, language, and settings. Krypzon does not receive or retain a recording through the normal voice-search flow.

6. Notifications

Prayer alerts and reminders are scheduled on your device using your settings and calculated prayer times. Notification permission and operating-system scheduling controls affect delivery. Krypzon does not use prayer notifications for advertising or behavioral profiling.

7. Online features and third-party providers

An internet connection may be used to retrieve prayer calendars, search for cities or mosques, obtain current market or exchange-rate information for the Zakat calculator, load support or update configuration, open maps, or visit a link you select.

The KrypAzan API may use or proxy configured providers such as Aladhan, OpenStreetMap/Photon, Geoapify, Google Places, Foursquare, market-data providers, and hosting or caching services. The active provider can change to maintain availability. Each external service processes requests under its own privacy terms. KrypAzan sends only the query information needed for the requested feature and does not attach a KrypAzan account identifier.

8. App Protection

Optional App Protection asks your operating system to verify the device PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or face. KrypAzan receives only the authentication result, not your biometric template or device credential.

9. Data sharing, sale, and advertising

Krypzon does not sell personal information, build an advertising profile from your prayers or Quran activity, or receive your locally stored bookmarks and Tasbeeh history through ordinary use. Information is shared only with providers needed for an online request you initiate, when you choose to open or share data with another app, or when legally required.

10. Retention and deletion

You can clear local data by deleting entries, clearing app storage, or uninstalling KrypAzan. Copies exported or shared outside the app are controlled by their destination.

Operational network logs and cached third-party responses may be retained for limited security, reliability, quota, or legal purposes. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond and maintain an appropriate record. You can request deletion of support information by contacting us, subject to verification and applicable retention duties.

11. Children's privacy

KrypAzan is a general-audience religious utility and does not provide child accounts. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through an account or cloud profile. A parent or guardian may contact us about support correspondence submitted by a child.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest policy date appears above.
