These Terms govern your use of KrypAzan. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
KrypAzan provides prayer-time calculations, Quranic and Islamic reference content, Qibla assistance, mosque discovery, notifications, a Tasbeeh counter, Zakat calculation tools, and related utilities. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified religious authority.
KrypAzan does not maintain user accounts or server-side backups of your settings, bookmarks, reading state, or Tasbeeh data. You are responsible for your device and for retaining any backup export you may need. Krypzon cannot recover local data lost through uninstalling the app, clearing storage, device loss, or a failed backup.
Prayer and fasting times depend on location, calculation method, Asr school, elevation, adjustments, and local practice. Hijri dates can also differ by local moon sighting. Qibla results depend on saved location and device-sensor accuracy.
Always compare important times and directions with your local mosque or an appropriate authority. Do not rely on KrypAzan as the only source where a timing or direction error could cause harm or invalidate an important obligation.
Notifications are a convenience, not a guaranteed alarm service. Delivery can be delayed or prevented by device settings, battery optimization, permissions, operating-system restrictions, time changes, or app updates. You remain responsible for observing prayer and fasting times.
We take care in presenting Quran text, translations, Duas, names, Kalimas, and educational material, but display, translation, indexing, or source errors may occur. Translations and educational summaries are aids and should not be treated as authoritative religious rulings.
Mosque and location results come from configured third-party mapping or place providers and may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or inaccurate. Confirm opening hours, access, identity, and directions independently before travelling.
The Zakat calculator is an estimation tool. Market prices, exchange rates, nisab choices, asset classification, liabilities, and individual circumstances can affect the result. It is not financial, tax, or religious advice. Verify prices and consult a qualified scholar or adviser when necessary.
Voice search uses the speech-recognition service provided by your device platform. Online prayer, place, market-data, maps, support, and website features may use third-party services governed by their own terms. Krypzon is not responsible for third-party content or availability outside its control.
You must not misuse the app or KrypAzan services, attempt unauthorized access, overload or probe APIs, automate abusive requests, distribute harmful code, or use the app in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
The KrypAzan software, branding, interface, and original content belong to Krypzon or its licensors. Quranic text and other referenced source material remain subject to their respective rights and attributions. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
KrypAzan is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, or complete accuracy of calculations, sensors, translations, third-party results, or market information.
To the extent permitted by law, Krypzon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, reliance on its estimates, lost local data, device limitations, or third-party services. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update the app and these Terms. If renewed consent is required, the app may ask you to review revised Terms before continuing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
